Mitä leikattiin lamassa, siis siinä kahdenkymmenen vuoden takaisessa, kolmella neljännesosalla, eikä ole sen koommin viitsitty nostaa edes leikkausta edeltäneelle tasolle? No, valtion budjetin rauhantyön edistämiseen suunnattuja varoja tietenkin. Nyt järjestöissä odotetaan päätöksiä tämän vuoden avustuksista.
