Elokuun lopulla julkaistiin yhdeksäs vuosittainen Cluster Munition Monitor -raportti, johon on kerätty tietoa muun muassa rypäleaseet kieltävän sopimuksen etenemisestä ja rypäleaseiden käytöstä maailmalla. Se sisältää myös tähän asti kattavimman saatavilla olevan tilaston rypäleaseiden uhreista. Viime vuonna pommituksia tehtiin Syyrian ja Jemenin sodissa.
